Boiler Analysis

This tool calculates the boiler efficiency corrected for air-preheater leakage. The short-circuited air lowers the true exiting gas temperature, that if not accounted for, will lead to misleading boiler efficiency results. This tool also reports on the corrected exit-temperature, the rate of leakage, and its corresponding percent value.
Analyze

This tool calculates the continuous blowdown rate essential for maintaining a safe solids-concentration in the boiler system. It considers the case where process steam is diverted for consumption outside of the cycle--set this value to zero, of course, if non-existent.
